CODA Award Nomination
CODA is proud to announce that we have been nominated for a Greater London Enterprise Award presented by SME News. These awards recognise businesses and community groups that make an impact in their local economic region. This nomination comes as CODA celebrated its biggest selling show for over 6 years under the leadership of Michael Hall and as our new Chair Huihui Liu begins to put her stamp on the organisation. Winners will be announced in September.

A huge congratulations to both Carys Surbey and Alison Lee for their amazing wins at the 2026 NODA awards. Carys is a district winner for the ‘Sybil Conway Awards for Best Female Character in a Play’ for her leading role as Clarissa Hailsham-Brown in our November 2025 production of Spider’s Web. CODA are very pleased to announce our autumn production as the heart-warming play and inspiring true story of the Spitfire Girls by Katherine Senior. Set on New Year’s Eve 1959, two women separated by the war meet again a decade after answering the call. As they share their story, the setting shifts back to a time when female pioneers defied expectations and soared through the skies.
